Dear friends and Colleagues, Brothers and Sisters in the Ethnic Press and Media:

 Please be informed that during our Monday, August the 11^th, monthly meeting I will distribute tickets and passes for the upcoming Ex (Canadian National Exhibition) session. All of you interesting of obtain one or more tickets please email to me your request and the number of tickets you want. The tickets are free of charge to members, as the organization is getting a number of them every year for you.

For those of you unable to attend Monday’s meeting you can reach me at our offices from today until Friday, at the Toronto City Hall, Press Gallery tel: 416 921 8926.

After Monday’s meeting no tickets would be available as I would be away for an assignment until the end of August.

I would be back at the Ex on Sunday August 30^th, at 3:30 pm, for our show.

Taking this opportunity I want to bring to you attention the appointment of Shabnam Janani, as our new recording secretary. Ms Janani is replacing Sima Zerehi, which is attending this year the U of Ottawa and it is unable to offer her services to our organization.

Also Nashrim the editor of Banou Magazine, as our Vice President, responsible for Public Relations. Ms Nashrim is replacing Dr. Mona Feng, due to the appointment of the latest to the government of Ontario and her resignation from the board of the Council in order to avoid conflict.

Both appointments are subject of the approval of the members of the board of Directors on our Monday’s meeting.
